THERMAL CUTTING
UNIC MARKETING PLUS holds certification for automated thermal cutting, ensuring periodic verification of the thermal cutting process for steel/stainless steel structures in accordance with EN 1090-2 for execution classes up to EXC3.
We specialize in sheet processing through automated HD plasma cutting equipment. The CNC systems, with a power of up to 400A, enable cutting for both thin and thick sheets. These systems allow handling sheets with dimensions of 2000 × 6000 mm (6.6×19.7 ft) and facilitate cuts up to a thickness of 50 mm (2 in). High-definition numerical control enables the execution of profiles with extremely precise tolerances.
MECHANICAL CUTTING
The extensive experience accumulated in the field of metal joinery enables us to manage production with maximum flexibility, catering to a wide range of design needs.
The use of specialized and innovative equipment ensures the flawless execution of mechanical cuts and subsequent assembly of components.
METAL BENDING
We specialize in sheet metal bending, even for significant thickness, utilizing two synchronized bending presses: the first one, with a capacity of 90 tons (180k lb) and 4 axes, can process sheets up to 3100 mm (10.2 ft) in width; the second one, with a capacity of 320 tons (640k lb) and 6 axes, can achieve a width of 4100 mm (13.5 ft).
CNC numerical control allows for the execution of bending angles with extremely precise tolerances.
We handle both mass production and projects based on customer designs, including complex shapes, for finished and semi-finished products such as containers, tanks, bunkers, construction formwork, Omega, L, Z, C profiles, corrugated sheets, boxes, shelves, furniture accessories, etc.
ROLLING (BENDING)
Bending (or rolling) pipes, tubes, profiles, and metal sheets are activities that, traditionally, In.Co.S. carries out directly or with the assistance of leading specialized firms.
The rolling machine is a tool composed of three or four rotating hardened steel cylinders through which the material to be processed, usually sheets, is passed. Rolling is a cold plastic processing technique widely used in the metalworking industry to produce circular items, cones, elliptical cylinders, shapes with rounded edges, tanks, and containers. In its general form, the rolling machine consists of a base that supports the cylinders with parallel axes arranged so that the metal sheet is caught and forced between them, following a circular trajectory, whose radius is adjusted with the center height of the driving rollers.
With the help of special rolling machines, shapes can be added at the end of the rollers to obtain the circular profiling of profiles, both with circular and rectangular sections.
To date, 4-roll rolling machines are designed to develop a series of advantages both technically and practically for the operator. The metal sheet can be caught between the two central rollers, avoiding the risk of any material slipping. Another undeniable advantage of using the 4 rolls is the possibility of bending the initial part, avoiding the classic problem of having two straight edges at the beginning and end, encountered in the classic 3-roll configuration. Therefore, a 4-roll rolling machine proves to be an efficient, precise, and suitable machine to be managed even with numerical control.

WELDING
UNIC MARKETING PLUS holds the certification for the welding quality management system ISO 3834-2 for the design and construction of metal joinery, both in the workshop and on-site.
Furthermore, it possesses welding procedure approval certificates (WPQR) for structural steels, valid for the CE marking of steel structures according to the EN 1090-1 standard.
It also holds Welding Procedure Approval Certificates (WPQR) for structural steels/stainless steels, valid for the CE marking of steel structures according to the EN 1090-1 standard.
Additionally, it holds approval certificates for American welding procedures AWS D1.1 (Structural Welding Code-Steel) for steels and stainless steels.
