Terms & Conditions

The Website is intended primarily for business users (e.g., EPC contractors, general contractors, industrial clients, project stakeholders).

If you use the Website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

AllSteelPlus provides industrial steel fabrication and execution services, including manufacturing, surface treatment, and supply of complex assemblies, based on client scope.

Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, AllSteelPlus does not provide professional design/engineering services, does not validate the adequacy of Client Documentation, and does not assume responsibility for design errors, omissions, or incompatibilities in Client Documentation.

All content on the Website (including descriptions, capabilities, images, performance statements, and industry references) is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a legally binding offer, warranty, or commitment.

The Website may allow you to submit a Request for Quote (RFQ), including uploading drawings/specifications and providing project context.

By submitting an RFQ, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Any quotation, estimate, or indication provided by AllSteelPlus is non-binding until incorporated into a written contract signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
• Pricing, lead times, and feasibility are contingent on the completeness and accuracy of Client Documentation and may change following clarifications, scope modifications, market conditions, material availability, and technical review.
• AllSteelPlus may request additional information before issuing a quotation, or may decline an RFQ at its sole discretion.

The Website may allow you to request a Site Visit for feasibility/coordination discussions.

Site visits are subject to scheduling availability, safety requirements, confidentiality constraints, and internal approval. Any visit arrangement is non-binding and may be rescheduled or declined.

The Website may allow submission of Strategic Partnership inquiries.

Submitting an inquiry does not create any agency, exclusivity, partnership, joint venture, or obligation. Any collaboration requires a separate written agreement.

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all submissions.
• Submit RFQs and documentation only if you have the legal right and authority to do so.
• Ensure that uploaded files are free from malware and do not contain unnecessary personal data.
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials if such functionality exists (now or in the future).

Submissions may contain confidential business information. We treat RFQ information and attachments with appropriate confidentiality safeguards.

However, no confidentiality obligation is created solely by using the Website. If you require specific confidentiality terms, you should request a mutual NDA prior to sharing sensitive information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• AllSteelPlus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or procurement of substitute services, arising from or related to the Website or these Terms.
• AllSteelPlus shall not be liable for errors, delays, or damages arising from reliance on Website content, from incomplete/inaccurate RFQ submissions, or from defects in Client Documentation.
• In any event, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Website shall not exceed EUR 100 (or the minimum amount permitted under mandatory law), because the Website is provided free of charge and does not itself constitute a paid service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllSteelPlus, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• your unlawful use of the Website,
• your violation of these Terms,
• your uploaded materials infringing third-party IP rights or containing malware,
• your misrepresentations regarding authority to submit information.

AllSteelPlus may decline, suspend, or terminate access to the Website and/or refuse an RFQ or collaboration if we reasonably believe:

• the project is unlawful, unsafe, or non-compliant,
• it involves sanctioned parties, restricted jurisdictions, or prohibited end uses,
• submissions present security risks.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without liability. We may update these Terms; changes apply from the "Last updated" date.

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies/trackers is described in our Cookies Policy (both available on the Website).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Website or these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
