Process

Execution Process

A structured, compliance-driven approach to industrial steel fabrication projects.

AllSteelPlus operates using a disciplined execution framework designed to support EPC contractors and industrial clients involved in complex, multi-stage projects. Our processes are built to ensure technical alignment, predictability and full compliance throughout the fabrication lifecycle.

01

Project intake & technical alignment

Each project starts with a structured intake of technical documentation provided by the client. Drawings, specifications and scope requirements are reviewed to ensure clarity and alignment before execution begins.

Technical clarifications are addressed early to eliminate assumptions and reduce downstream risks. Fabrication activities are initiated only after requirements are confirmed and documented.

02

Engineering review & execution planning

Project documentation undergoes technical review to validate fabrication feasibility, welding requirements and execution sequencing. Welding procedures and qualifications are selected or validated in accordance with applicable standards.

Execution planning is aligned with client timelines and delivery constraints, supporting phased fabrication and coordinated handover where required.

03

Fabrication & welding execution

Fabrication is performed in controlled production environments by qualified personnel. Welding activities are executed by certified welders and coordinated by a certified International Welding Engineer / Responsible Welding Engineer (IWE / REWE).

Processes are monitored continuously to ensure consistency, dimensional accuracy and adherence to approved procedures.

04

Quality control & traceability

Quality control is embedded throughout the fabrication process. Inspections include visual and dimensional checks, as well as verification of compliance with technical documentation.

Traceability is maintained for materials, welders and welding procedures, supporting audit readiness and client quality requirements. Documentation is made available in accordance with project scope and contractual agreements.

05

Surface treatment & finishing (if applicable)

Where required, fabricated components undergo surface preparation and protective treatments in line with project specifications. Finishing activities are executed to meet corrosion protection, durability and environmental requirements.

06

Delivery & handover

Fabricated components are prepared for delivery in accordance with project logistics and site requirements. Coordination supports efficient handover and integration into site installation activities.

Final documentation and quality records are provided as agreed, supporting smooth transition to installation or further project stages.

Execution Framework

A disciplined workflow designed to reduce ambiguity, control quality and support predictable delivery for complex industrial projects.

Transparency

Regular project reporting and material traceability logs.

Repeatability

Standardised workflows for high-volume component delivery.

Reliability

Disciplined lead-time management and site-ready deliveries.

Final documentation and quality records are provided as agreed, aligned with project scope and contractual requirements.
